Shipping & Delivery
Every order is dispatched from our UK warehouse and delivered by Aramex express to anywhere in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Delivery typically takes 5–7 days from dispatch.
- Items are shipped within 72 hours of purchase.
- Flat $65 USD express shipping applies to every order.
- A tracking link is provided once your order has been dispatched.
- All parcels ship in discreet, unbranded packaging with a neutral sender name and no indication of the contents on the outer box or label.
Terms of Sale
Due to the nature of the research materials sold by GulfBio, the following terms apply to all orders:
- All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not offered.
- Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence.
Research Use Only
All products supplied by GulfBio are sold strictly for qualified laboratory research purposes and are not for human or veterinary use. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for legitimate research purposes. Certificates of analysis are available upon request for every batch we stock.
Privacy
We collect only the details needed to fulfil your order — your name, delivery address and contact information. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. Order records are kept only as long as needed to support your purchase, and every parcel reaches you in discreet, unbranded packaging.
